Tuition Rates
The dance year at BTCA is divided into two semesters: August-December and January-May. Students are enrolled per semester, and tuition is charged per semester. There is an annual Family Registration Fee of $35 for returning families and $40 for new families. Unenrolling from a class must be done in writing; otherwise full payment for the semester is expected.
Tuition is calculated based on the number of class hours the dancer is registered for, and the balance due is posted to your Studio Director account at the beginning of each month. The table below shows rates for class hours per week. Click here for a more detailed table that shows all possible class hours per week.
Two payment options are available:
- Single Payment (beginning of semester): check only, eligible for a 5% discount*
- Five Payments (beginning of each month): credit card online, check or cash at the studio
*If you are interested in taking advantage of the 5% discount, please choose this option when checking out in our Studio Director payment portal. You will then receive an email with more information. The following conditions must be met:
- Family account must be paid up (no outstanding balances from previous semester)
- Amount must be paid by check before the end of the first month.
- Discount only applies to class tuition (it can not be applied to registration, rehearsals, or production fees)
- We will credit any previously made monthly payments

- **Day Program is a Flat Rate: paid at the unlimited class rate of $310 per installment.

- 60 Minutes of Instruction: $20; Six 60-Minute Tickets: $100
- 90 Minutes of Instruction: $30; Six 90-Minute Tickets: $150
- 120 Minutes of Instruction: $40; Six 90-Minute Tickets: $200

Primary A – 1A:
- $80 production fee + $30/month rehearsal fees
Levels 1B – 2B:
- Dancers choosing lower commitment level: $80 production fee + $30/month rehearsal fees
- Dancers choosing higher commitment level: $100 production fee + $45/month rehearsal fees
Levels 3A – 6B:
- $100 production fee + $45/month rehearsal fees
