Sponsorship Terms
All mentions below of “The Nutcracker” refer to the Metropolitan Youth Ballet 2024 production of The Nutcracker.
Printed and Digital Marketing Materials
Sponsors must be signed up by the print enrollment deadline of October 18, 2024 to be included on print materials. Sponsors must sign up by December 2, 2024 to be included on digital materials. Inclusion on digital materials will begin within 7 days of receipt of sponsorship payment.
Print and digital marketing materials include:
- Print and digital posters, flyers, web banners, advertising, and signage created for the primary purpose of promoting The Nutcracker, that are of a reasonable size to include multiple logos
- Formal flyers and images on the MYB website created for the primary purpose of promoting registration in our Be An Angel program or our Girl Scout event that is associated with The Nutcracker
- Logo may appear in materials for community outreach events associated with The Nutcracker
Print and digital marketing materials do not include:
- Promotional shirts and other clothing items
- Decorations or decorative signage
- Boutique items
- Promotional or informational materials for the studio at large that are not primarily for the purpose of promoting The Nutcracker
- Promotions or advertising for the primary purpose of promoting The Nutcracker, Be An Angel Program, or the Girl Scout event that are not of a reasonable size to include multiple logos
- MYB information or listings on other websites
Facebook, Press Releases, and Email Blasts
- 2 mentions with sponsor logo on Facebook for every 4 weeks of sponsorship prior to the show, beginning at time of payment
- 1 mention with sponsor logo on Facebook in the 4 weeks following the show
- Inclusion on press releases that are released after sponsorship payment is received
- Inclusion on a minimum of 1 MYB email blast
Sponsor Ad Space
- Sponsor ad space may not be combined with purchased program ad space; each sponsor ad must run at the size that is allotted for its sponsorship level. Sponsor ads must follow the guidelines at https://ballettheatreofcarmel.org/program-ads/. Program ads are black and white. Opportunities for color ads may be available for sponsors at the $1,000 level and above. Color opportunities are not guaranteed and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
- Ads for the MYB lobby screen must be designed and submitted by the sponsor.
