BTCA offers the opportunity to place a Business Ad or Dancer Spirit Ad in the program book for each of it’s full length performances. The program book will be distributed to ticket holders of all performances of the show, and your ad will be seen by hundreds of families from Carmel and surrounding areas. Advertising in the program book is a great way to increase awareness of your business or to celebrate your dancer!

Please review all ad specifications and submission requirements on this page before purchasing. Program ads are black and white.

Sizes and pricing for black and white ads:
  • Full page (4.75″w x 7.75″h): $100
  • 1/2 page (4.75″w x 3.8125″h): $50
  • 1/4 page (2.25″w x 3.8125″h): $25
Submit photo ready art:
  • For Business Ads, send a press-ready PDF or 300 dpi jpg file sized to the specifications above
  • For Dancer Spirit Ads, you may submit a photo and a short “spirit phrase,” OR you may create your own finished ad
    • If you are submitting a photo and spirit phrase:
      • Ensure your photo is a high quality photo
      • Submit no more than 1 photo for ¼ page ads, or no more than 2 photos for ½ page or full page ads
      • Ads will be laid out according to our designer’s discretion. Click here to see examples from past programs. Requests for custom ads cannot be accommodated at this time.
    • If you are creating your own ad, please submit either a high-resolution (300 dpi) JPG or a press-ready PDF, sized to the specifications above
  • All ads will print as black and white; you may submit a color photo or ad, and our designer will convert it to black and white
