Metropolitan Youth Ballet’s Day Program is for homeschooled Primary A through Level 6B dancers. Classes are conducted by MYB faculty and follow the same ABT® National Training Curriculum as our evening classes.

Lower/Middle Division class, suitable for Primary A – Level 2A dancers, consists of 2 hour sessions on weekday afternoons, Monday through Thursday. Classes include Ballet Technique, Variations, Pre-Pointe, and Contemporary.

Intermediate/Upper/Pre-Professional Division class is suitable for Level 2B-6B dancers. Sessions are in the mornings and consist of a 2-hour Ballet Technique class followed by a 1-hour class of Pointe/Men’s Work, Variations, Contemporary, or Character (Monday through Thursday and Saturday). This schedule provides a condensed 14.5 hours of training, leaving plenty of room for a rigorous homeschool curriculum.

Students may be allowed to take a hybrid of day and evening classes under certain circumstances. Contact us to discuss the requirements to qualify.

There is no extra registration fee for this program, and tuition is charged based on the number of class hours taken.
